Biography
Thijs started out at age 33, but the many years of experience on the other side of the DJ-booth as an audience boosts his knowhow completely.
He knows what he wants: music that takes you into the deep. Music that makes you relativize, create a feeling and atmosphere that nothing actually matters. Dreamy vocals and chill vibes with a good beat that will bring you to the core of our existence. Thijs actually wants to tell his audience that everything is ok the way it is, right here, right now.
Progressive house and deephouse are the genres Thijs really feels comfortable in.
A beach with a sunset, nice club or small festival are ideal places for Thijs to spin. Inspired by music from artists like Marsh, Eelke Kleijn, Tinlicker, James Grant, Jody Wisternoff, etc. Years of being an audience on some of the most remarkable places, gave him a certain taste for a certain kind of music.
Music classes in school he didn`t like, but if only back in those 90`s in class they would have had a turntable instead of a pan flute.
Together with the right audience who loves the same kind of music, he`ll create something beautifull, that`s the dream. Always here and now, that is all that matters.
